Well, I promised you a review of our latest new breakfast entree and here it is!  Can you say, "yummo"????  We did!  Chris and I tried this for dinner last night (who doesn't love breakfast for dinner?) and couldn't have enjoyed it more!  For those who need reminding, this is the Bacon and Leek Risotto topped with poached egg recipe that said "Try me" last week.  Our guests will just love this, and why not.....crispy bacon, tender leeks, a bit of Parmesan cheese, all combined with the creamiest risotto to touch our lips!  The levels of incredible flavors are captured in every decadent bite.  This was OMG good, and something you'll not likely get at any other breakfast table. Served with a warm buttery Italian toast or baguette and it is like heaven in a bowl!  So, we're definitely putting it on the menu for this year.......  Will you be some of the lucky souls to experience this?  We hope so!   Since we are all about breakfast at Bella Rose B&B, you definitely should not miss this!  Come taste and savor it for yourself.  You'll be glad you did!
